“THE BOATING GROUP GOES FISHING”

Fitting in with “Welcome to the Great Outdoors” theme, this is a new idea linked with the widening range of Boating Group activities. Plus fishing has been prescribed by certain GPs as being “beneficial to mental wellbeing”. This has been canvassed to some members and received a very positive feedback.

We would like to introduce the “Boating Group Goes Fishing”.

These are going to be a series of weekend events without sailing. Campsites will be on or near to fishing lakes. Richard & John have already visited 2 locations that are suitable.

Our first event is going to be at Springwood, Melbourne, South Derbyshire. DE73 8RJ. Electric is included for caravans and motorhomes but unfortunately not for tents.
